Oh, it's pretty simple. I made my own today except I put the bubbles in coffee. xD You can look it up online and the materials are cheap. :)

Oh, really? That's awesome! We might have passed each other in the street once since I've lived in Flushing pretty much my whole life. I lived in Brooklyn for a year or two when I was little. xD Yeah, I like the Flushing Library too, the outside is all pretty glass. ^^
